How and When Your Information Is Shared with Other Parties

Pannonia Lending Partners shares information about borrowers and investors in the following ways:

  • Public Profiles: Required and optional information about borrowers and investors appears on public profiles, which members can update or remove at any time. Optional information is not mandatory, and while Pannonia Lending Partners may monitor this information to help protect your identity, it is not obligated to do so.
  • Loan Listings: Personal (but not sensitive) borrower information is displayed in loan listings viewable by all users. This information is also filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and is therefore publicly available.
  • Financial and Credit Information: Borrowers’ financial and credit data is shown to qualified investors on loan listing pages and is also filed with the SEC, making it publicly accessible. Additionally, this information appears anonymously in aggregated loan data files on the statistics page.
  • Direct User Sharing: Information may be shared directly between users or potential users. Such direct exchanges may include personal information shared voluntarily by the users.
  • Sharing with Consent: Pannonia Lending Partners may share your required and optional information with third parties, but only with your explicit consent.

Privacy and Anonymity on the Site

To protect privacy, borrowers and investors use screen names on the site and are identified only by these aliases. Borrowers can see the screen names of their investors and vice versa. However, borrowers have public profiles and loan listings showing their information to users who view those pages. Loan listings also include credit grades and financial data for qualified investors to evaluate loan requests. As noted, this data is included anonymously in loan data files for statistical purposes.

Investors may choose to include personal information in their public profiles. Members participating in blogs or forums are identified only by their screen names.

Importantly, blog/forum posts are not linked to loan listings or funding decisions, and Pannonia Lending Partners is not responsible for any personal information users voluntarily disclose in screen names, loan requests, blogs, or profiles. Given the community nature of the platform, sharing some personal information may be necessary to facilitate transactions and achieve successful loan funding.

If you post in any blog or forum hosted by Pannonia Lending Partners, be aware that any personal information you submit can be read and collected by other users, and may be used to send unsolicited messages. Pannonia Lending Partners may disclose your personal information to law enforcement or government agencies as required by law or to prevent fraud. We reserve the right to disclose information to protect our rights or comply with legal processes, court orders, or judicial proceedings.

We share your information with these partners only as necessary to perform these services. All partners are contractually required to keep your information confidential and secure.
