How does the loan process work?
Complete our online loan application from the comfort of your home. Our friendly and knowledgeable team will review your application and contact you at the phone number you provide to finalize your loan details. Your information may be submitted to credit bureaus such as Teletrack, CL Verify, FactorTrust, Clarity, or DataX. Once approved, your loan proceeds will be electronically deposited into your bank account, usually as soon as the next business day. Your payment schedule will be customized to align with your pay dates. Unless you opt to pay via cashier’s check or money order, payments will be automatically debited from your account on those dates. We will send helpful reminders before each payment is due.

How much can I borrow?

Pannonia Lending Partners LLC offers installment loans ranging from $100 to $5000. Our team will assess your application and qualify you for a loan amount based on your current income and repayment ability. Sometimes you may not receive the full amount requested, but our priority is to offer loans you can comfortably repay.

How much does it cost?

Our interest rates comply with applicable Tribal and federal laws. The loans have a maximum APR of 35.99%, but you may qualify for a lower rate based on your credit history and past repayment performance.

How will I know if I have been approved?

Our team will review your application and contact you at the number you provided to complete your loan application. Upon approval, you will be notified immediately by phone, email, and/or text message.

When will I receive my funds?

Once approved, you may receive your funds the same day (restrictions apply) or by the next business day.

What if I don’t have the money to make an upcoming payment?

If you cannot make a payment, contact us by phone at (267) 555-1234 or email support@pannoniafcu.org at least 3 business days before your due date to adjust your payment plan or request a one-time deferral. Pannonia Lending Partners LLC is committed to working with you to help you successfully repay your loan. If a payment is late or returned by your bank, we will contact you. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date. A $30.00 returned payment fee applies to all refused payments. Your bank may also charge additional fees. You are responsible for the full payment amount including any late fees, returned payment fees, or extra interest resulting from late or missed payments. You can check your current balance by logging into your online account or contacting us by phone or email.

When I repay my existing loan, how soon can I receive another loan?

Once your current loan is fully repaid and the final payment has cleared, you may qualify for a new loan.

What is an ACH payment and how does it work?

ACH payments allow us to electronically collect one-time or recurring payments by debiting your checking or savings account directly.

Can I get additional funds while I am paying off a loan?

You may be eligible to refinance your existing loan to obtain additional funds if your account is in good standing and you have made at least 50% of the scheduled payments on your current loan. Contact our team at (215) 834-7291 to discuss your options.
